By accessing the site or purchasing our products (fresh meat, poultry, vegetables, and proprietary manufactured products), you agree to comply with these terms. This agreement is governed by the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations, as well as the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA).

1. Account Eligibility

  • To register and purchase, users must have the full legal capacity to enter into contracts (minimum 18 years of age).
  • The customer commits to providing accurate and updated information (Name, Mobile Number, Delivery Address) to ensure prompt delivery of fresh products.

2. Products, Weights, and Pricing

  • Nature of Products: At MVC Fresh, we guarantee 100% fresh and Baladi (local) meat, poultry, and vegetables. Due to the perishable and natural essence of these items, slight variations in actual weight may occur during cutting and preparation. The final value is calculated based on the closest weight.
  • Pricing: All prices displayed include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in KSA unless stated otherwise.
  • Special Promotions: We reserve the right to modify or terminate any offers, including our Monday and Wednesday Special Offers, at any time based on stock availability.

3. Return and Refund Policy (Perishable Food Items)

Our policy strictly complies with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and SFDA regulations regarding perishable goods:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Under Saudi Law, consumers do not have the right to return or exchange fresh food, meat, poultry, and vegetables after delivery due to public health and food safety standards, except in the following cases:
  • If the product is damaged or unfit for human consumption at the exact time of delivery.
  • If the delivered product completely differs from what was ordered.
  • Reporting Period: Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, any quality complaints must be reported to our customer service within a maximum of 2 hours from delivery, accompanied by photographic proof, for proper compensation or refund processing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We commit to delivering products using refrigerated vehicles equipped to meet SFDA standards, ensuring the cold chain and freshness of meat and vegetables remain intact.
  • If the customer is absent at the specified time or refuses delivery (without a valid product defect), the customer will bear the full cost of the order and shipping, as perishable items cannot be resold.

5. Payment Methods and Security

  • The store provides secure and approved payment methods within KSA (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay).
  • All payments are processed through encrypted gateways compliant with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) standards.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All visual and textual content, logos, and product descriptions representing MVC Fresh and our 35-year legacy are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
